Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Redirected Media (“we”, “us”), the operator of the Bibbly app and bibblyapp.com (“Bibbly”). By downloading or using Bibbly, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bibbly.

1. Who can use Bibbly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You’re responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Not medical advice

Bibbly is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Information in the app, including totals, timers and reminders, is for your own reference only. Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified health professional about your baby’s health, feeding, growth or sleep. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

4. Your content

You own the information you enter into Bibbly (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide and support the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. You can delete Your Content or your entire account at any time in the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Bibbly, including by trying to access other users’ data, interfering with or disrupting the service, reverse engineering the app except where the law allows, using it for anything unlawful, or reselling it.

6. Our app and license

Bibbly, including its design, code and branding, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

7. Third-party services

Bibbly relies on services such as Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat and Meta. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we aren’t responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

Bibbly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that Bibbly will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always be delivered, or that data will never be lost. Please don’t rely on Bibbly as your only record of important health information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Bibbly. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bibbly is limited to the amount you paid us for Bibbly in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using Bibbly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Bibbly or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If Bibbly fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to Bibbly, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these Terms don’t address something.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Bibbly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
