Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information the Bibbly app and bibblyapp.com (together, “Bibbly”) collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Bibbly is operated by Redirected Media, based in New Jersey, USA (“we”, “us”).
The short version: we store the account details and baby logs you enter so the app works and your data is backed up. We never sell your data. We use an advertising measurement tool (Meta) only if you allow tracking when your iPhone asks. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information. When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier from Apple and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. If you choose “Hide My Email”, we receive an Apple relay address instead of your real email.
- Baby profile. Your baby’s name, birth date and, if you add one, a photo.
- Logs you enter. Feeds (breast, bottle, solids), diaper changes, pumping sessions, sleep, doctor appointments, notes, times and amounts.
- Support messages. Anything you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Purchase information. Your subscription status, plan, trial and renewal dates, provided by Apple through our subscription provider. We never receive your payment card details.
- Device and app information. Device model, iOS version, app version, language, time zone and basic diagnostics needed to keep the service working.
- Advertising identifiers (only with your permission). If you tap “Allow” on Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, we and Meta may collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and an app-specific identifier to measure which ads led to installs and subscriptions. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we do not collect the IDFA or link your data for tracking.
2. How we use information
- To provide the app: save, sync and back up your logs, and restore them when you sign in on a new device.
- To manage your subscription and free trial.
- To send reminders you set up, such as appointment reminders. These are scheduled on your device.
- To measure how our advertising performs, only as described above.
- To respond to support requests, fix bugs and improve the app.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the baby logs you enter for advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Bibbly, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
| Provider | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Apple | Sign in with Apple, App Store billing | Sign-in identifier, purchases |
| Supabase | Account login and secure cloud database | Account info, baby profile, logs |
| RevenueCat | Subscription and trial management | App user ID, purchase history, device identifiers |
| Meta Platforms | Measuring ad installs and subscriptions | App events, and the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking |
| Hostinger | Hosting this website and support email | Website visits, emails you send us |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Children’s privacy
Bibbly is made for parents and caregivers, not for children. You must be 18 or older to create an account. The baby details you enter are provided by you, the parent or caregiver, and are used only to provide the app to you. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your account and logs while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and logs from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (such as purchase records) for legal or accounting reasons. Apple keeps its own records of your App Store purchases.
6. Your choices and rights
- Edit or delete logs at any time in the app.
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and all logs and revokes Sign in with Apple for Bibbly.
- Tracking: change your choice anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Notifications: turn them off in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bibbly.
- Access or a copy of your data: email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or limit certain processing. Email us to exercise them; we won’t discriminate against you for doing so. If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving Bibbly, and your consent for ad tracking.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls so that only you can read your baby’s logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Apple ID protected.
8. International transfers
We and our providers are based in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed outside your country, with safeguards required by law.
9. Not medical advice
Bibbly is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice. Always talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s health.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app.
