How can we help?

Email us and a real person will reply, usually within one business day. Include your iPhone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Subscriptions and billing

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get 7 days free. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and Apple charges the plan you picked: $9.99 a month or $99 a year.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Bibbly → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage subscription in Bibbly’s Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.

I already subscribed but the app asks me to pay again.

In Bibbly, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Settings. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

I got a new phone. Where are my logs?

Install Bibbly and use Sign in with Apple with the same Apple ID. Your logs come back automatically once you’re online.

Does Bibbly work without internet?

Yes. Everything you log is saved on your phone right away and backed up the next time you’re online.

How do I delete my account?

In Bibbly, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your baby’s profile and every log, and disconnects Sign in with Apple. It can’t be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your iPhone settings. Can’t open the app? Email [email protected] from the email on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

Using Bibbly

Can I switch between ounces and milliliters?

Yes, in Settings → Units. Past entries are converted automatically.

My appointment reminders aren’t showing up.

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bibbly and make sure notifications are allowed.

Is Bibbly medical advice?

No. Bibbly helps you keep track, but always talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s health.
